October is here and we are gearing up for all the Halloween fun the fall season brings. To kick off the festivities, we are sharing spooktacular Pumpkin Patch Halloween party ideas. We hope you feel inspired to celebrate with your family and create spooky & sweet memories with your kids.
Kids Halloween Tablescape
Using a rectangular coffee table, you can set up a kids Halloween table that will certainly excite the little ones. Simply decorate a table with fun tableware and decor pieces, such as tall candles, velvet pumpkins, glitter spiders and other spooky decorations. If you are feeling extra fancy, a DIY balloon backdrop complete with hanging spider decorations will add extra spookiness to your space.
Pumpkin Patch Themed Tableware
I always draw inspiration from party collections, so this pumpkin patch Halloween themed tableware was the perfect choice for this year’s celebration. If you love collections with a vintage feel, this tableware is for you.
To complement the tableware, incorporate coordinating candles, decorative pumpkins and of course, spiders. The glitter kind for a touch of glam.
Spooky Halloween Invitation
If you believe, there’s not party without an invitation to set the tone to an event, you are my person! Inspired by the spooky balloon garland I created for the party, this Halloween party invitation design came to life. I contacted my friend Tayo of Honey Be-Merry to see if she could tweak an invitation she had previously designed for my Spring party. Didn’t it turn out so lovely? In love with it!
Halloween Party Balloon Garland
Using balloons in different sizes and colors, create your own Halloween party balloon garland.
Add texture by hanging honeycomb spiders and spider webs.
Not-so Spooky Halloween Treats
Sprucing sweet treats is mandatory when setting up a Halloween party tablescape. Adorn your treats with these not-so-spooky cupcake toppers, add colorful sprinkles and pumpkin gummies to add extra texture to your sweets.
Candy apples are definitely a fall favorite. I love the fact we can easily find them at local supermarkets this time of the year. Simply decorate them with plastic spiders and arrange them in small dessert stands to add height to your tablescape.
Pumpkin Hot Cocoa Bombs
Kids love hot cocoa even when it’s not chilly enough outside. There’s something special about cozying up with a blanket and a cup of hot cocoa. And fall is perfect time to kick off the hot chocolate season.
Make it fun for the kids by treating them to hot cocoa kits. Simply fill up Halloween themed cups with mini marshmallows and pumpkin hot cocoa bombs. Be sure to have warm milk ready at a separate spot for a fun and safe hot cocoa making experience. If you are hosting a party for over 10 kids, you can use a great crockpot hot chocolate recipe.
Kids Halloween Crafts
Keep your guests entertained with fun kids Halloween crafts, such as diy spiders using egg cartons, paper towel roll colorful bats, ghost or candy corn pumpkin.
