I made this pretty banner and thought it would be a great idea to share the step by step tutorial with you! It’s super simple and you will love the final product!
Ready to make this fun Glittered Shamrock Banner?
Let’s gather tools and supplies:
- Scissors
- Hole Punch
- String or Ribbon
- Shamrock cookie cutter (If you have a shamrock craft punch, even better! It will save you a lot of time)
- Pencil or pen
- Gold Glitter Scrapbook Paper
- Mounting Squares

First, you will use your shamrock cookie cutter and trace as many as you need on the back of the glittered scrapbook paper:
Print out the file (as many pages as you need) and cut the pennants out:
Add a mounting square to the back of each shamrock and place it on top of each pennant:
Punch holes in the top left and right corners of your template:
Thread ribbon/string through the holes of each pennant:
Ta-da! A pretty Saint Patrick’s Day inspired banner!
