Hello, friends! It’s not officially summer yet but it’s been getting pretty hot in San Antonio already!
School is out. My husband, who is still on paternity leave until next week, has been helping me entertain the kids. We’ve been spending a lot of time in the pool. Can you blame us? It was 100 degrees this past weekend!!
To cool off, I made some refreshing Kid-Friendly Prickly Pear Lemonade! Since I am nursing my newborn, this was just perfect to enjoy poolside!
To make this refreshing Prickly Pear Lemonade, just follow the recipe below:
Ingredients:
16 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup Prickly Pear Cactus Syrup
48 oz Water
Directions:
Pour over ice or you can also mix all ingredients in a blender.
How cute are these taco drink sticks? I couldn’t decide if I liked the avocado or the taco the best, so Acrylic Stir Sticks was kind enough to provide both for this post!
It’s Taco Tuesday, friends! Be sure to make this refreshing drink to celebrate!
