Calling all Blue’s Clues fans! To celebrate the new Blue’s Clues & You! Holiday Special on December 4th on Nickelodeon, the kids and I created fun DIY holiday ornaments!
These ceramic paw ornaments were inspired by Blue and her friend, Magenta! The kids are excited to add them to our Christmas tree!
For this craft, we used ceramic ornaments we purchased at our local craft store, acrylic paint and glitter. It’s a fun and easy craft the kids can do before Blue’s Clues & You! Holiday Special!
Simply paint the ceramic holiday ornaments using acrylic paint.
I mixed the deep magenta with white paint to create a softer shade.
The first time I watched Blue’s Clues, I was still in college and used to babysit a little girl. I have very fond memories of watching lots of Blue’s Clues episodes with her. A few years later, I was excited to introduce Blue’s Clues to my own children! I always loved how interactive the show is and how the kids can be engaged and learn so much!
My kids get super excited to sing along, play along and try to figure out Blue’s clues when they watch the show. We have our popcorn ready! We seriously can’t wait to watch the Blue’s Clues & You! Blue’s Night Before Christmas
Ho! Ho! Ho! It’s the night before Christmas with Josh and Blue, and they’re both so excited to share this special night with YOU! As we play Blue’s Clues to figure out what Blue wants for Christmas, we decorate the tree with Steve, skidoo to Santa’s Workshop to help Joe and Blitzen wrap and load presents onto Santa’s sleigh, and celebrate a night full of Christmas traditions!
