Hello, friends!
I am excited to share with you some ideas you can recreate to host your own Saint Patrick’s Day celebration!
If you are not a big fan of this color palette I have chosen, you can absolutely use the traditional colors. Either way, I am sure your set up will look fantastic!
I was browsing around at one of my favorite stores and stumbled upon some gorgeous tissue paper. I had to make another tissue garland to use as my backdrop! I am not going to lie to you. Making tassels is time consuming, but the result is so beautiful! If you would like to make your own, see our tutorial here. If you are running out of time, you can always make this simple yet super cute Shamrock banner instead. Click here to see it.
For this banner I created a template, cut the letters out and traced on the back of glittered scrapbook paper. If you would like to recreate this garland + the glittered letters, we got you covered! Download the template here: Lucky Letters. For the glittered shamrocks, I used a shamrock cookie cutter and traced the shape on the back of scrapbook paper. If you have a shamrock craft punch even better!
Doesn’t the garland add such a fun touch?
Make some Irish Cream Cupcakes (delicious!) and embellish them with our printable cupcake toppers!

My sweet friend Monica of Alfajores. Cake. Craft made the most adorable gold shamrock fondant toppers. They are just the perfect size for standard size cupcakes!
Add a simple yet delicious cake & yummy sugar sandwich cookies with Bailey’s buttercream filling (recipe here) to your table! I am pretty sure your guests (especially the Irish ones) will enjoy them with some tea!
Spruce up plain glasses. Paper straws to match the theme always add a festive touch!
Shepherd’s Pie is a must and so delicious! You can make it in large casserole or in mini dishes! Even the kids will enjoy. My kids absolutely love this savory dish!
Let’s not forget one of the most popular items from the Irish Cuisine: Soda Bread! My husband made mini round loaves and they are so delicious! Find the recipe here!
Send your guests home with something sweet. I found these fun mini jars I decorated with glittered shamrocks and filled them up with mini chocolate bites!
You can also send guests home with a fun gift! Place a mini soda bread loaf in clear favor bag & pair it up with some yummy jam!
I figured you would need a pretty gift tag for a fun presentation?
