Hello, friends! Are you guys ready for Saint Paddy’s this Sunday? My little family and I can’t wait. We love celebrating this holiday!
I am excited about corned beef, cabbage and soda bread, but I am also excited about these delicious sugar cookies the kids and I made using Food Stirs Organic Sweet Tooth Sugar Cookie Mix , (which by the way, is AMAZING!) for our Saint Patrick’s Day celebration!

The kids and I decided to use our shamrock cookie cutter and to make things easier, we simply made an easy icing to decorate the cookies. It’s the same icing we use for our homemade donuts but slightly thicker. I used a piping bag and a toothpick to work on the edges. I then sprinkled the cookies with white nonpareils to finish the look. How cute did they turn out? They make the perfect treats after dinner or take-home goodies for your guests! These cookies are seriously so delicious – they melt in your mouth! Yum!

I am also excited to dress up our table for Sunday. I selected the prettiest partyware in pink and gold details.

Any plans for Sunday? Happy Saint Patrick’s Day, friends!
