Planning on hosting a Game Day party to watch the big game with family and friends? I have teamed up with Coca-Cola and Hershey’s to bring you fun, easy and yummy homegating ideas to get you started!

We are sharing party decor, free printables, recipes and tutorials you can recreate in no time and entertain like a pro!

I stopped at my nearest Target located in Eagle, ID (Boise area) to purchase my Game Day Party Essentials: Classic Coca-Cola, REESE’S Football cups (how fun is that?) and REESE’S miniatures!

Keeping the ideas simple is the best way to go when hosting a party at home. For a stress free event and easy clean up, plan a menu you won’t need to spend hours in the kitchen. Mini sliders, hot dogs and french fries are big crowd-pleasers and easy to put together!

Show off your hostess skills and set up a fun table! Display your food on platters or in mini cups, embellish them with printable flags to make them more festive! Be sure to label them so the guests know exactly what they are about to try!

For a Half Time Snack, traditional and flavored popcorn, chocolate candies (such as REESE’S miniatures and REESE’S football cups) are easy and delicious ideas!

To embellish simple party paper cups, just follow the super easy tutorial below:COLLAGES3

DIRECTIONS: All you need is All-purpose labels and a pair of scissors. You can also use washi tape as long as it is white. Simply cut the labels into thin strips that will fit your cups. Voila! Football party treat cups in no time!

Place your REESE’S football cups and REESE’S miniatures in fun game day inspired snack cups for extra fun!

These mini white pails I had from a previous party and decided to use them to serve our Sweet & Salty popcorn. I simply decorated them with baker’s twine and whistles, which you can find at any party store. They add such a cute touch!

To make this delicious Sweet & Salty Popcorn using REESE’S Peanut Butter Cups or REESE’S Football cups just follow the step-by-step tutorial below!COLLAGES2

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups of popped microwave popcorn
  • 2 cups of REESE’S miniatures or football cups

Directions:

Place the popped popcorn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Set aside. Unwrap then chop REESE’S miniatures. In a microwave safe bowl, melt REESE’S miniatures (about 1 1/2 minutes). Drizzle the melted REESE’S peanut butter cups over the popcorn. Let it sit until the chocolate hardens. Place popcorn in mini paper cups or mini pails for a fun presentation. Enjoy!

In addition to the Half Time snacks, set up a “Build you own Ice cream Coca-Cola float” bar. All you need is: Ice cream (flavor of your choice), whipped cream, REESE’S Football cups and REESE’S miniatures, Classic Coca-Cola,  and your favorite toppings! Print our Ice Cream Float Instructions Sign at the end of this post!

A friend of mine gave me this Football pinata as a gift and this was the perfect opportunity to use it! I incorporated it into our decor and we had fun filling it up with REESE’S football cups! It was a great addition to our party decor!

Hi Andressa! Love how your party turned out! I had the same idea to do a Coke float bar for my game day party, too… great minds think alike! πŸ˜‰ Quick question: I have been looking for tall, thin glasses like the ones you used for your milkshakes for ages and have had no luck! Where did you find them?!

Keep up the great work! πŸ™‚
