I am excited to share with you our little Art Party to introduce to you Mo Willems’ newest book – We Are in an ART-ivity Book! (An Elephant & Piggie Book). That’s right! Elephant & Piggie Art Book!! When the kids arrived from school and saw the book sitting on their craft table, they went bananas! We are huge huge fans of the series and read Elephant & Piggie books every.single.day!
We celebrated this fun Kids Art book by doing lots of fun art projects from the book. My kids were beyond excited. My oldest said it was the best party we ever threw. It made this mama so happy!
As they finished each project, we displayed them on the wall and had our own Art Show!
We are in an ART-ivity Book! is available now and it’s a must have, friends! The pages are SO fun and definitely get the kids excited about putting art projects together with Elephant & Piggie! After our party, we still have a few pages left. Yay!
Since there’s no party without sweets, the kids took a break to enjoy some yummy donuts and milk!
Then it was time for the Mr. Art Critic (AKA daddy) to judge each art work! Yikes! Who remembers the pigeon?
