Today, I woke up to my little boy screaming “It’s Dr. Seuss’ Birthday, mommy!” He has been talking about it the entire week. Probably because the pre-school he goes to school has been talking about Dr. Seuss I am sure!
His favorite Dr. Seuss book at the moment is “There’s no place like space”.
I purchased this book as part of his Valentine’s Day gift because he has been obsessed about all the planets for a year now. He studied the planets more closely this year, which made him even more curious about everything regarding the space. On Wednesday, he has library day at school and his choice every Wednesday is a different planet book. He gets to keep the book for a week. We have been reading and learning all about Neptune at the moment. Little C really is fascinated by the planets!
Anyway, while his little baby sister was napping, I designed some printables inspired by his favorite book. I had some leftover cupcakes from our latest shoot, so I decided to just create some cute printable toppers. Voila! There’s no place like space inspired cupcake toppers!
Does your child also love this book as much as my little boy does? Download these fun Dr. Seuss inspired cupcake toppers here: Out of Space Cupcake Toppers
We also made this cute star garland. I used baker’s twine and mini clothespins to secure the stars.
A perfect and simple backdrop! Would you like to make your own? Super easy! Download your free Star Garland print as many pages as you need and have fun putting your cute garland together!
I hope you are celebrating Dr. Seuss’ Birthday with your little ones!
xoxo,
Andressa
