I am sharing today a Shabby Chic Tea Party I helped my friend photographer Bianca Schaefer (based in Orlando, FL) with when she was expecting her baby girl, Alice.
Bianca was looking for shabby chic style with soft shades of pinks and blues. She also wanted to incorporate birds, bird cages and some pretty pieces she purchased for little Alice’s nursery.
I designed a Blue Floral Shabby Chic Birdcage themed invitation and matching tags with a soft vintage touch. Find this design here.
The dessert station consisted of simple yet delicious desserts.
A pink Rosette cake paired with tea bag decorated cookies = perfect combination for a sweet tea party!
For the decorated tea bag cookies, I designed tags with letter A for Alice and attached them with baker’s twine.
Cupcakes were adorned with sugar flowers and neatly placed in shabby chic tea cups. So lovely!
Yogurt parfaits are delicious and so simple to put together. Place flavored yogurt of your choice and topped them with crunchy granola!
These beautiful floral chocolate covered oreos stole my heart! So lovely and they perfectly matched the theme.
We also incorporated pretty heart shaped cookies.
I designed some other matching printables to match the invitation, such as tent cards, water labels, cupcake toppers, banners and sign.
You can find the printables here.
Guests enjoyed refreshing strawberry lemonade and milk in glass bottles beautifully wrapped with paper doilies.
